- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In case of an accident that is not your fault, and conveniently the same insurance as the person that is at fault, they will give you a complete run around. The person at fault changed her story after the first police report, AFTER talking to this (her) insurance company. Farm Bureau proceeded to call many times without consulting my insurance company, even after being instructed to do so. Everything is still up in the air.... and I'm still awaiting answers from them (and a phone call). Not my insurance company, never would be my insurance company.
